Create a restore point in Windows XP

In this video tutorial, I will be showing you how you can create a system restore point. i.e. A backup.
Soon, I will be making tutorials for the same reason but on other Operating Systems.
I used VMware Workstation [Virtual Machine] and installed my LEGAL copy of XP on it. I will be doing the same with my LEGAL copy of Windows Vista! And I will be making many exciting tutorials, that can be dangerous =D hence, requiring you to have a backup ready for them!
